For properties with legacy infrastructure, our engineers are adept at modernising systems. We use high-quality Hepworth or Fernco adaptors to safely and securely connect new PVC systems to older, fragile clay pipes.
We conduct a free site survey and drainage appraisal (usually within 48–72 hrs of your enquiry), followed by a detailed written quotation. If dealing with existing drains, a pre-start CCTV survey and level survey will be completed.
If needed, we completely handle the Build-over agreement application. Once approved, our certified engineers begin the installation, keeping you informed with daily photos and clear progress updates.
We conduct stringent pressure testing, a CCTV post-install survey, and air/water tests to ensure absolute integrity. We arrange the Building Control inspection, ensure it is passed, and formally hand over the completed works.
