The enquiry form uses security technology, including Google reCAPTCHA, to reduce automated spam. WordPress may set session or administrative cookies for signed-in users. Analytics may measure page use where enabled and permitted.

Third-party services
Links to Checkatrade, Companies House, Instagram, Google Maps or other external services are governed by those providers when you follow them.
Page-navigation previews
The aj_navigation_v1 session-storage entry keeps up to eight recent page addresses, titles and public page previews in this tab so mobile back and forward gestures can reveal the destination. It does not contain enquiry answers, calculator inputs or saved briefs, and is not uploaded. It lasts for the browser tab session and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data. Browsers may restore session data when restoring tabs. Normal links still work if this storage is unavailable.
Optional Google Analytics
When analytics is enabled, the Google tag loads only after you select Website analytics and save your choices. It measures page views and actions such as phone-link clicks and planning-tool use. Our custom events do not include enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or property postcodes. Advertising measurement runs only with its separate permission. Advertising personalisation remains disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through Measurement cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables further Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected data. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading pages, using tools or making an enquiry.
Enquiry confirmation
A short-lived essential cookie records that the server accepted a form email for sending. It contains no enquiry fields, expires after ten minutes and is cleared when the confirmation page is read. This confirms the sending step, not receipt in an inbox.

What the planning tools send
Using the project studio, quotation comparer or site-access checker does not upload your answers. Copying or printing a brief stays under your control. Saving the mobile project brief is optional and does not require analytics consent. A contact enquiry is sent only when you submit the separate enquiry form.
Changing your choice
Use Measurement cookie settings below or in the footer, then choose Reject optional to withdraw permission. You can also delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Your choice applies to this browser; another device or browser has its own settings.

Optional advertising measurement
The separate Advertising measurement choice allows Google Ads to measure which ad clicks lead to accepted enquiry submissions. It uses the Google tag, click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid, and _gcl_* advertising cookies. No advertising tags load before this choice. Website analytics is independently optional. Neither choice enables personalised ads, remarketing, or enhanced conversions using your contact details.
Consented campaign tags and, only with advertising permission, click identifiers are kept in aj_attribution_v1 session storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity in this browser tab. They help preserve attribution when moving from a landing page to the enquiry form. They are removed when the relevant consent is withdrawn. Arbitrary URL parameters and form answers are not saved there. Google measurement cookies are configured for up to 180 days; withdrawing the relevant choice removes accessible cookies.
With permission, approved campaign tags accompany a submitted enquiry. A random enquiry reference prevents the same accepted form from being counted twice. Acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery, a qualified project or a sale. Old Analytics choices do not automatically grant advertising permission. You can reopen Measurement cookie settings and change either checkbox at any time.
