The site challenge
The repair needed to tie into the existing surface, accommodate covers and drainage, and avoid leaving weak or abrupt edges.
Our approach
The affected area was cut back to a sound shape, prepared to the required depth and rebuilt in sequence before the new asphalt was compacted into the surrounding surface.
The outcome
The reinstated area provides a continuous running surface with existing access points retained and the repair boundaries properly formed.
